On another note, I would not buy a vehicle unless my wife was allowed to experience the test ride with me. I felt surprised, because even though it's been a couple of years since I have done business here, I have normally experienced pleasent service both in the sales and service department. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff because the persons that I spoke with did not seem at all enthusiastic about my request, and the person who came out with the helmets made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. My wife and I came here to test Drive a slingshot. I strongly recommend them service to anyone. “I’ve had nothing but excellent service I bought the bike in 2009. The service department here is very busy so expect to leave your vehicle for about a week just to get a diagnosis I have brought in two vehicles for warranty work and received exceptional service.
I have purchased several vehicles from this company and each experience was positive. So I'm not going to complain about the time since I was squeezed in and they did a good job. I was billed for 2.1 hours to do the tire which seemed like a like a lot but I came in with no appointment and was there a long time. I went for service but hung around and they were all nice. Sales guys were good at talking without being pushy.

I'm looking forward to getting the other wireless component in to be able to hook up my HAM radio to the bluetooth headset. Great bang for my buck and customer service was over the top in knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, and overall a Warm Fuzzy Feeling. You did not sell the mounting and will not sell anything else to me. Ok I understand you don't want to mount tires that were not bought in your store. Well those guys wanted to charge me 350 bucks. I usually mount my own tires but lately I have no to little time. Signing up for emails is a MUST! I expect and rexeive excellent service to my satisfaction, as always provided. He went step-by-step to insure I got a proper fitting helmet. He showed me options and even charged my battery overnight! I will be back to do business with them for my Honda! I believe his name is Jeremy and he was working alone, but he greeted me as soon as I got into the parts area, even while working with customers.
It's the parts department I have to give praise to, I brought in a battery that died.
