Our advice for this would be to save your money and time and eat elsewhere, where they value your custom and reservations. The food was fine at best - not worth the money, time and effort. When we eventually sat down, we had eaten our first course (20 minutes later), before we were asked if we would like a drink. We had a show booked for later in the evening and this huge delay meant we were unable to attend and missed it! My husband went to investigate nearby restaurants as a quicker alternative, but they had no availability, so we had no choice but to remain in the queue until we were finally seated at 7pm (45 minutes late). The best way to describe this service would be organised chaos. This was very disappointing and felt very uncomfortable and old fashioned.
She just kept repeating the same as phrase “wait in that line.” In addition to this, seven star customers were being allowed to pass through the line, straight to the front, despite the fact they didn’t have reservations. I pointed out that our reservation was due now and therefore waiting in this long queue would mean our table is going to be significantly late. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case a rude and unhelpful cashier told us to join another long line. However, it was our reservation time, so presumed we would be seated shortly. sure what to do next as we haven’t been here before. We showed the hostess our reservation and was allowed to pass through to the next stage of the process. We joined a long queue as there was no distinction between reservation and non-reservation line. We arrived on time for our reservation at 6:15.
